CODE TRIP - GUWAHATI - NAMERI - DIRANG - TAWANG – BOMDILA-KAZIRANGA-GUWAHATI.

ITINERARY DURATION- 8 NIGHTS / 9 DAYS.

TRIP DAY 1 – GUWAHATI – NAMERI WILD LIFE SANCTUARY. –

· Guest received at Guwahati from Airport/ Railway Station. Drive to Nameri Wild Life Sanctuary. Go for an exclusive rafting (mild rapids) trip on Jia – Bhoreli River, flowing along the National Park, for water birds Overnight stay at Nameri in the midst of forest in Nameri Eco Camp.

TRIP DAY 2 –NAMERI TO DIRANG.

· Morning drive long to Dirang. Natural Beauties like water falls on the Way to Dirang-Tippi On the banks of the river Bharali at an elevation of 190 mtrs is Tipi. Night Stay in Dirang.

TRIP DAY 3 –DIRANG – TAWANG -

· Morning Long Drive to Tawang “Switzerland of The East”. On the way visit war cemetery. Continue with the drive till you reach Sela Pass at an altitude of 4114m / 13494 ft. It is famous for high altitude lakes & scenic beauty & is ideal for ice skating. Night Stay in the Twang.

TRIP DAY 4 –TAWANG LOCAL SIGHTSEEING. MADURI LAKE & BOMULA PASS (SEPERATE VEHICLE)–

· Early Tawang sightseenings. Tawang Monstery, Namgye Lhaste, PT Tso, Gorsham Chorten, Gontse Garden, Singar Ani Gompa & Maduri Lake & Bomula Pass. After Sight seen have a walk for local marketing. Night stay in Tawang.

TRIP DAY 5 –TAWANG LOCAL SIGHTSEEING. ZEMITHANG VILLAGE (SEPERATE VEHICLE)–

· Early Morning drive from Tawang to Zemithang Village, famous for long decade temples & very scenic beauties of China border & India & some parts of Bhutan Interior. Night stay in Tawang.

TRIP DAY 6 –TAWANG - BOMDILLA–

· Early Morning drive to Bomdila. Local sightseeings.Bomdila offers wonderfully panoramic view of Himalayan landscapes and snow clad ranges. Gontse Rabgyaling Monastery (Upper Gonpa), Thub-Chog Gatsel Ling Monastery (Lower Gonpa), Bomdila View Point. Evening you can visit the local market. Overnight stay in Bomdila

TRIP DAY 7 -BOMDILLA–KAZIRANGA-

· Early Morning drive from Bomdila to Kaziranga. On the way visit river bank of Brahmaputra & Agnigarh. Evening walk in Tea Garden (if time permits). Over nite at Kaziranga.

TRIP DAY 8 –KAZIRANGA WILD LIFE SANCTUARY EXCURSION-GUWAHATI-

· After an early wake up by 5 AM, you will be taken to the riding point in the Central Range (Kohoro) for an Elephant Ride. After the ride return back to the lodge, having breakfast drive to the Central Rang (Kohora) of the park for a jeep safari. Evening drive back to Guwahati. Have some Local marketing & overnight stay in Guwahati.

TRIP DAY 9 –GUWAHATI DEPARTURE-

· Last day of the trip depends on the departure time of clients.

· If Morning – Direct check out from hotel & drop in airport or railway station.

· If in the Evening – Then Guwahati city tour is done.

· If departure at night then guest will be taken early morning around 6 am to Pobitora wild life sanctuary.

· Finally departure.

TERMS & CONDITIONS –

INCLUSION -

1. Package is from Guwahati to Guwahati.

2. Package includes all the possible viewpoints & sightseeing’s.

3. Parking Fees / Vehicle Permit / Fuel/Driver Allowance/Vehicle Hire inclusive.

4. Breakfast is inclusive of room rent for hotels in Kaziranga, Guwahati.

5. The Package is inclusive of Hotel (accommodation) & Transportation.

EXCLUSION –

1. View Points/Monument’s Entry fees are excluded. It is to be paid by client directly.

2. Jeep Safari & Elephant Safari charges client need to pay direct. Agent will ask hotel concern person to book in advance.

3. Breakfast for Tawang trip route is excluded from room rent. Client Need to pay direct which is a very cheap option as hotel will charge more if included in room tariff.

4. Any personal bearings expenses are excluded.

5. Railway / Air /Bus Tickets.

6. All items of personal nature

7. Porter age at hotels and airports, tips, insurance, laundry, liquors, wine.

8. Any cost arising due to natural calamities like landslides, roadblocks, etc.

9. Any increase in taxes or fuel leading to an increase in surface transportation.

10. Maduri Lake/Bomula Pass/ Zemithang Village trip by separate vehicle to be hire from Local Taxi Union of Tawang.

NOTIFICATION DURING THE TRIP –

11. In case of Above Mentioned Hotels are not available then Similar Category Hotels will be offered.

12. Every Hotels Have Different Check in & Check out Timings. Early Check Inn & Late Checkout is Subject to Availability.

13. Company is not responsible for compensating any loss or additional cost incurred by the guest while taking the tour.

14. Company is not responsible, nor liable for any damage, loss or injury caused to any passenger while taking the tour.

15. Any Mechanical Breakdown happens to Vehicle; new replacement will be given without any extra cost.

16. Before Leaving the Vehicle at the Tour End Client must check the Vehicle properly for their belongings. Later Claim will not be entertained.

PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS -

· Advance booking amount 60% need to pay for hotel booking.

· Balance payment before 1 week or nearby day before arrival of clients.

· Hotel bookings & cancellation policy as per hotel’s individual’s cancellation policy.

PER HEAD COST 17500/- + ABOVE 5 YEARS CHARGE 8500/- (WITH BED) + WITH OUT BED CHARGE 5500/-
